Our philosophy
He is the quiet strength.
She is the spark — with a little witchy touch, of course.
Together, they created BOUGE: a vibrant, accessible, no-nonsense studio where you come to improve, push your limits, and feel good.
No overcrowded halls, no sessions where you feel left on your own. Group classes are held in small groups, by reservation, with a coach there to guide, correct, and encourage every participant.
The semi-private format brings together the best of both worlds: the quality of personalised coaching and the motivating energy of a group.
The spaces

The Gym
Strength, Cardio & Cross Training.
A dynamic space for building solid fitness. Structured, progressive classes led in small groups with a coach at every session. Expect Strength, KilCal, and CrossTraining — it's hard work here !
The Witchy Room
Yoga, Pilates & Wellbeing.
Here, we slow down just enough to feel more — but never enough to get bored. Yoga Mat and Pilates Mat bring together up to 12 people, while Aerial Yoga and Pilates Reformer are capped at 5. Intimate formats, precise coaching, and that little touch of magic that changes everything.
